Competence development is an integral part of ÅF's activities and one of the components in virtually every assignment we undertake.
International training programmes
ÅF has been arranging training programmes in Sweden since the 1970s.
During the training period participants are given:
- Tools for handling change in their own organisation
- Updates on the latest new thinking in their own profession
- Access to the right networks for their particular profession in Sweden and among their fellow students.
